Welcome to the friendliest gastric surgery community on the web :)

If you are thinking of having gastric surgery or you have already had your surgery and would like some reassurance or information from people who have had the surgery and are living with it then join us for unbiased help and advice. You can talk about all aspects of weight loss surgery from having the operation to concerns over sensations and feelings or even having further surgery.

We have a gallery for members to post their pictures and you can write your own blogs and stories for others to read but by far the FORUMS are the best area on the site for help and advice.

  • ymca1 : Hi Bella1 You're not doing anything wrong. It has taken me well over a year to get over 8mls and am still finding it really difficult so you're not alone. I've recently started eating weight watcher meals to try and control portion size but I still need to really work on the chocolate and junk as they go down no problem whatsoever. Let me know how you get on and hang in there, it's a long process.
