I had my Gastric Band fitted on the 11th October 2010. Last Sunday.  Im at home today Tue 13th and recovering well. I slept all day yest and was a bit groggy this morning. Im up and aboat this evening. I have alot of wind in chest but find GRIPE WATER is helping.

For anyone anxious about surgery with The Hospital Group at Doland Park you have nothing to worry about.  I had a very good exsperience, through out. I was well looked after by the nurses and staff. My Surgen was Mr Richardson.  He found that I had a Hiatus Hernia during procedure and repaired it for me. Thank You.   My room was very good. My only niggle was the car was not very comfortable that collected me and the return jorney. Although the drivers were excellent.
