I have finally decided to go for it at open a site shop. I want to stock all things useful to anyone Pre or Post op. This could be anything you can think of as long as its not food. Its quite an exciting time to think that we may be able to do this. I have contacted a few suppliers of items I thought of but if you think of anything then dont be scared to ask :)

- lucy lastic : Thank you ndully for your response. I have read the pack over and over but I guess it will fall into place as I start on Wednesday. I was thinking of doing the slim fast drinks for 2 meals then a 350 calorie meal. Do you know anyone who has done the pre op diet this way and if so, were they succassfull? I need to lose between 6.5kg and 13kg in the next 4 weeks.
