lucy lastic : Thank you ndully for your response. I have read the pack over and over but I guess it will fall into place as I start on Wednesday. I was thinking of doing the slim fast drinks for 2 meals then a 350 calorie meal. Do you know anyone who has done the pre op diet this way and if so, were they succassfull? I need to lose between 6.5kg and 13kg in the next 4 weeks.
