Hi All

Sort of nicking Mary's idea for a food diary, but when I was on a slimming world website we used to occasionally do a thread about what we had eaten that day. So here's mine :-

Brekkie (brunch really cos went swimming) - beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast, orange juice

Snacks - cadburys half fat choc mousse, banana, 3 cheese straws dipped in hummus

For tea (I'm going to have) bean and brown rice salad, plus green salad.

If I'm hungry later I may have ww soup, more toast or a yoghurt.

Reading that back it is a bit heavy on the beans, but I am trying to boost my weight loss after a few naughty days!

What have you all been eating?

I was advised to keep off bread for 3 months. And MY GOD do I miss my beans on tost. :-)

I'm having no trouble with anything - bread, rice, mushrooms, tuna! They say brown bread is easier than white and toast is easier again, but I've even had white bread, a low fat croissant, crumpet, a white muffin..............

My providers say that you should be able to eat everything before each fill. Again they all seem to tell us different things!

Beans on toast was the thing I craved when I was on liquids!

I had Oats so simple and tablespoon raisins
Luch Pasta, chorizo, (one thin slice cut really small) Diced chicken, peppers, sweetcorm, peas in a tomato sauce - Puked the lot ( Had it last nite and went down ok WTF)
Two table spoons apple crumble and custard... low fat
Dinner Chicken, noodles stir fry veg
And just had a small glass of wine. Not a very good start

Breakky carton of slimfast type ready made choc shake
Lunch half a micro fish pie (little boozie doesnt like more solid food till later in the day)
Dinner stew with potatoes, carrots, onion, peas, and 2 small yorkshire puds mmmm.
Hey Eddie so much for no mid week drinking lol.
Might join you for that glass of wine since youve cheated (any excuse haha) :wink:

Lunch was not the cleverist choice - but a good day for me calories wise even if a bit unhealthy (I avoided the pic and mix! yeah!!!!!!)

2 farleys rusks in a bit of semi skimmed milk for breakfast
Ok! not so good choice for lunch - After Eight McFlurry (but they are not around for long! any excuse!)
Small fist sized dollop of mash potato and 4 small sausagemeat balls for dinner with a bit of ketchup
Instant whip made with semi skimmed milk for pudding.

Bit tender so was trying to have softer food today....

toast with marmite x 1 slice
small banana
Home made tomato/lentil soup
3 crisp breads
chicken casserole and baked potato
cheese/crackers x 6

Mary dont worry about it you are almost half way there woooo!
It will start up again after your fill, Just think if youd lost this on a diet would you be about to pile it back on and more right now?

Your all making me hungry!!
I had 3/4 of a cereal bar for breakfast
Half the inside of a baked potato for lunch with some grated cheese
Family had chippy tonight so naughty me tried about 3 mouthfulls of fish and 2 chips...didnt sit too well at all!

I'm not hungry.....but greedy Gemma that still lives in my head could of died for a doner kebab and chips tonight!!
