As we seem to spend lots of time talking about what food we can and cant eat and what works for us and what doesnt, I thought it would be a good idea to start a food diary for people to list what they are eating day by day. I have been keeping one since I came out of hospital.

Please feel free to add what you have eaten each day and put the date and how many days/weeks/months etc you are from surgery.

It might just help those starting out to get ideas for meals etc :)
